Who I am
I'm Roman, founder of targeto.pro — an official Telegram Ads reseller. I started Targeto in December 2025 after years of running paid acquisition for forex and crypto brands and repeatedly hitting the same wall: Telegram Ads is the single best channel for high-risk verticals, and almost nobody outside the EU can actually access it.
Targeto exists to remove that barrier. We operate as a Telegram Ads official reseller — our EU entity holds the cabinet relationship, and we open functional sub-accounts for clients across 32 countries in 24 hours, no KYC, no corporate entity required from the client.
