1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Targeto.PRO ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service — targeto.pro. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Targeto.PRO is a campaign management platform that provides tools for managing Telegram Ads campaigns. Our Service includes:

• Multi-account Telegram Ads management (TON, Euro and Stars accounts)
• Campaign creation, editing, and monitoring tools
• Bulk operations for mass campaign management
• Analytics and reporting features
• Automation rules for campaign optimization
• Cryptocurrency payment processing for account top-ups
• Automated Telegram Ads account opening through partner cabinets
• Budget management and scheduling features

Targeto.PRO is a management tool only. We do not create, approve, or control the advertising content that users publish through Telegram's advertising platform.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

IMPORTANT: YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNT.

Targeto.PRO is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account, regardless of how such access was obtained. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Compromised passwords or credentials
• Phishing attacks or social engineering
• Malware or keyloggers on your devices
• Shared or leaked session tokens
• Unauthorized access through connected Telegram accounts
• Any other security breach or compromise

NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED if your account is compromised by any method.

3.2 Telegram Account Integration

When connecting your Telegram Ads accounts to Targeto.PRO:

• You are responsible for the security of your Telegram session cookies and credentials
• You must have legitimate ownership or authorization to manage the connected accounts
• We store encrypted session data to provide our services
• We recommend regularly rotating your Telegram sessions for security

3.3 Compliance with Telegram Ads Policies

You agree to:

• Comply with all Telegram Ads policies and guidelines
• Ensure your advertising content complies with applicable laws
• Not use our Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes
• Take full responsibility for the content of your advertising campaigns

4. No Liability for User Content

Targeto.PRO is not responsible for:

• The content of advertisements created or published by users
• Any violations of Telegram's advertising policies by users
• Any legal issues arising from user-generated advertising content
• Account bans or restrictions imposed by Telegram
• Loss of advertising funds due to policy violations

5. Cryptocurrency Payment Processing

Targeto.PRO accepts cryptocurrency payments (any supported coin via our processor) for:

• Opening new Telegram Ads cabinets under our partner entities (Euro account)
• Topping up existing Telegram Ads cabinet balances
• Subscription plans (Pro dashboard, Managed buying)

By using cryptocurrency payments, you acknowledge:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses
• Exchange rate fluctuations may affect payment value
• Invoices remain valid for the time window stated at issuance

6. Payment Terms

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. We do not provide refunds for:

• Subscription fees (partial or full)
• Cryptocurrency payments for cabinet opening or top-ups
• Service fees or commissions
• Account suspension due to Terms violations
• Compromised, hacked, or stolen accounts
• Telegram account bans or policy violations

For Euro account: before the cabinet is opened, the deposit (minus payment-network fees and any locked EUR/USD spread) is refundable. After cabinet opening, the minimum deposit sits in the cabinet as ad balance and is not refundable from Targeto.

For TON account (opened on the same Targeto EU entity, denominated in Toncoin): the client's EUR-equivalent deposit is converted to TON at the rate snapshot taken at invoice creation and funded to the cabinet's TON balance. Once the deposit has been converted and credited to the cabinet, any remaining TON balance is not refundable by Targeto. TON price fluctuations between the EUR quote and the on-chain deposit are absorbed within the FX buffer included in the invoice. TON accounts serve a worldwide audience (no per-country targeting), can only link to Telegram destinations (channel, bot, or mini-app), and are not served in jurisdictions where Telegram does not deliver TON-funded ads.

7. Cabinet Infrastructure, Approved Destination and Platform Compliance

7.1 Platform Compliance

All cabinets are operated on Telegram's official advertising platform and are fully subject to Telegram Ads policy. Telegram may, at its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or block any cabinet. Targeto is not responsible for blocks or restrictions imposed by Telegram and does not refund any unused balance in such cases.

7.2 Approved Destination — One Cabinet, One Promoted Asset

Every cabinet opened by Targeto is opened for one specific promoted asset — a single Telegram channel, a single Telegram bot, or a single external website — that the client declares when ordering the cabinet and that Targeto pre-approves during onboarding moderation. The cabinet may be used to advertise only that declared asset. If the client creates or runs any campaign through the cabinet that promotes a different destination — another channel, another bot, another website, or any redirect leading to such — the cabinet-opening guarantee, moderation assistance, and ad-approval support provided by Targeto are automatically and immediately voided, and any resulting cabinet block, suspension, balance loss, or moderation failure is the sole responsibility of the client.

7.3 Euro account Infrastructure

Each Euro account is opened together with dedicated advertising infrastructure that Targeto builds and operates on its own side specifically for the client's declared asset and niche. For the purpose of running traffic through Telegram Ads, the Euro account may be used only through this Targeto-provided infrastructure. Bypassing, replacing, or directing campaigns away from this infrastructure voids the cabinet-opening guarantee as set out in clause 7.2.

7.4 Gambling and Betting Cabinets

For gambling, betting, casino and similar high-risk niches, the dedicated infrastructure described in clause 7.3 includes a Telegram bot created by Targeto specifically for that cabinet. Campaigns run through a gambling or betting cabinet may point only to this Targeto-created bot; traffic delivered to the bot is then forwarded automatically to the destination link chosen by the client. Directing traffic from a gambling or betting cabinet to any destination other than this Targeto-created bot voids the cabinet-opening guarantee as set out in clause 7.2, and any resulting cabinet block, suspension, balance loss, or moderation failure is the sole responsibility of the client.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Targeto.PRO is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to Targeto in the 30 days preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access

9. Browser Extension (Targeto Manager)

9.1 Extension Purpose

The Targeto Manager browser extension is an optional tool that enables quick account login from the Targeto panel. The extension:

• Reads authentication cookies from ads.telegram.org to import accounts
• Sets cookies to open Telegram Ads with the selected account
• Does NOT collect browsing history or personal data
• Does NOT execute remote code

9.2 Extension Usage Terms

• The extension is provided "as is" without warranties
• You must only use the extension with accounts you own or have authorization to manage
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from browser updates or extension incompatibilities
• You agree to keep the extension updated to the latest version

9.3 Extension Data Handling

By using the extension, you authorize it to:

• Read Telegram session cookies from your browser
• Transmit these cookies securely to Targeto servers for account authentication
• Set cookies in your browser when opening Telegram Ads accounts

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and any data associated with your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Language

The English version of these Terms is the governing version. Any translation is provided for convenience only and has no legal force in case of conflict with the English text.
