Can I use my existing TON wallet for the cabinet deposit?
No — the deposit goes so you can pay in any crypto. Targeto handles the EUR → TON conversion and funds the cabinet from our pool. Your TON wallet identity is never connected to the cabinet.
What happens if TON price crashes between invoice and on-chain settlement?
The 7% FX buffer in the invoice covers normal volatility. The exchange rate is snapshot-locked at invoice creation, so you pay the same USD regardless of TON’s price movement during the typical 10-30 minute settlement window. Extreme crashes (>10% in minutes) are rare and absorbed by the buffer.
Can I add country targeting later?
No — TON hesapları don’t support country targeting at the platform level. If you need country targeting, the right move is to open a Euro hesabı alongside the TON one. Both can run in parallel under your Targeto Pro dashboard.
Does the Pro dashboard cost extra for TON hesapları?
No. Pro dashboard is included free for the lifetime of any Targeto-opened cabinet (Euro or TON). If you connect cabinets from outside Targeto (self-serve cabinets you opened directly), the Self-Serve subscription tier applies.
Can I migrate a self-serve TON hesabı to be managed via Targeto?
Yes — connect it via the Pro dashboard’s “Add cabinet” flow under any Self-Serve tier. Note that the cabinet stays on your wallet identity (we can’t migrate it to our EU entity post-open), so you keep whatever approval-rate characteristics it had as self-serve.
Is the TON hesabı listed under my name with Telegram?
The cabinet is operated under the Targeto EU entity name in Telegram’s records. Your end-client identity is not disclosed to Telegram. This is the same anonymity model as our Euro hesapları.
